another Thigi's OC, L-ICE or Elaise.. i love drawing this kinda woman, short tempered and "not smiling" type :XD: she's a hottie too, her redhead and black-red dressing..haha look at her expression, seems really pissed, maybe she's angry at me as i made her skirt transparent. :fork:

lol. btw i was trying hard to figure out her skirt's laces's model and also other laces so i decided to make the design myself, hope it turned out well..

;P don't know if I had mentionned that the younger Phanthera members surnames her "Ice-Queen" :XD: so think the most cold looking she seems, the better it matches her character XP
